Feel Good Gentle Yoga will guide you through the process of “slowing down.” When we move with awareness we can observe ourselves from the inside out. In this class we will move with the breath and move with an intention of gratitude. Finding and feeling the way “your body” needs to move in order to feel good.
Feel Good Yoga Flow is a yoga class dedicated to finding the alignment that makes your body “feel good.” Often times we move from posture to posture without noticing the “in between” spaces. The spaces where your breath is present, you are moving your body and noticing sensations and emotions. Move & groove to energizing music and just let go. Unwind. Unwrap. Flow Mindfully.
Restorative Yoga will center your breath and body, aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer. Enjoy comfy blankets and blocks to help support your body into a peaceful and calm place. Relaxed yet?

Nia is the art of movement the body’s way. Nia is a cardio-dance workout, a movement practice, and lifestyle based on the intelligent design of the body. Pilates Sculpt is a combination class mixing traditional Pilates exercises into a fun, challenging workout to upbeat music. Pilates Sculpt will make you sweat, encourage your body to burn calories, and make you stronger and more flexible. This class is for all levels. The main focus of Thai Bodywork is to attain or regain balance in the body. This form of massage works on both the superficial and deeper fascial layers of muscles, ligaments, joints, and it touches all areas of the body including the nervous system, digestive and respiratory systems. This treatment also includes passive stretching, compressions, and rocking and is done fully clothed on the floor with a Thai mat.
This treatment enhances movement of the muscles and joints to increase range of motion and flexibility. With the use of soft rollers we will hydrate the connective tissue and allow for more freedom of movement. Athlete or weekend warriors, this form of therapy is for you!
